To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路經此處，見到賣美式熱狗，當然不可錯過。叫左一個蒜香煙肉熱狗，叫埋薯條同汽水，埋單只是62元。雖然店仔細細，卻設計得充滿玩味，店裡很多擺設，有模型車同枝裝既液體麵包店主靚仔，老闆娘亦靚女，吃上一口美味熱辣辣既熱狗，美中不足是即叫即整，請小心燙口。但即叫即整，個飽先夠脆。因為急於進食，我不小心辣到個嘴。看著老闆一直忙著煮食，辛苦了。
