Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

 大熱天輕鬆行了半天摩星嶺後下抵域多利道, 便往市政大廈沖身及找吃的. 該處就在堅尼地城港鐵旁邊, 位置優越. 乘極緩慢的扶手梯轉了數次才到二樓, 好像只有此茶記. 東西送來後發覺份量比一般的多, 特別是碟頭. 見精選下午茶只有沙律和飽, 又不想吃正餐份量, 經詢問才知這裡有All-day breakfast, 即早餐是全日供應的, 便選了雪菜肉絲通. 多士不用加錢. 腸蛋是跟餐的. 凍飲加一元. 雪菜是粗絲, 味道和肉絲也沒問題, 可是通粉太軟了, 是煮得過久還是浸在湯中太久? 太陽蛋散了, 多士若能再燶一點更好. 熱杏霜則一般, 不算特別. 環境是一般市政大廈那種, 可幸是當時人不多, 侍應給了我們一張大枱, 讓我們有多些吉位放背包, 這方面很好.
