Restaurant: King Ludwig Beerhall (Fashion Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一日,一班朋友話想食德國菜,就同朋友訂左呢間餐廳,係食野之前,已經唔多高興,店員服務態度差,我諗住指住個menu 話佢知食咩,佢話,咁姐係要咩咩咩啦係咪,成程黑面,未食已經嬲嬲地,其後叫野飲,好彩唔係同一個,有禮貌好多!好彩,如果唔係都真係幾受氣!首先黎到嘅係芝士拼盤,我超級喜歡食芝士,所以完全係我喜歡,揀嘅芝士都係比較濃的,但有朋友對芝士一般,就會覺得一般。德國腸普通,冇咩特別驚喜,都係一般的,燒雞都係一般,燒到有啲老,唔滑,海鮮飯加嘅香料我不太喜歡,朋友就好鐘意,海鮮係不錯的,足料,豬手好脆,直一得一試,送酒勁正,豬手送上黎會問下我地要唔要切,如果你唔想佢幫手,都可以叫佢就咁上,但我地唔想自己黎,所以都叫左佢幫手,雖然好夠脆,但啲邊位就好硬,硬都咬唔開,好實!最鐘意就係個薯餅,佢係刮絲再壓形,煎炸完勁好食,表面勁脆,入面又好軟,食得出一絲絲嘅薯仔,係食到佢真係薯仔絲!推薦呢個啲,整體佢嘅配菜都做得唔錯,配菜食曬多過主菜😆😆
