To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都聽過JW lounge呢一間嘅英式下午茶係超級大份，兩個人一定食唔晒，今次終於嚟到試一試，仲要原來已經轉左聖誕主題，所以啲蛋糕都好靚，不過就真係得個靚字。費事逐樣介紹啦，因為基本上都冇乜邊一件特別出色，tea set上面最好食嘅應該就係粒macaron同埋red velvet cup cake。Scone 唔係暖既，冇乜牛油味，都係靠啲果jam。另外仲有三款鹹嘅小食，除咗叉燒包比較正常之外，另外兩款都真係幾唔好食不過服務就真係幾好，同埋當食個環境都唔錯嘅。
