To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華冰廳已經吃了很多次，質素由始至終都冇變過，好！包大大件，我呢啲大食人士，當早餐一定滿足感爆燈。細食OL都不用驚怕，早餐吃一半，下午茶，用細火丁 30-40秒，丁熱吃 ，一樣滋味。為她們下午添加動力。你睇吓，一個袋，只能裝一個麵包，大到你不能話我講大話。我最愛嘅菠蘿包，麵包軟熟，上面要脆脆 和 厚厚的，先叫做正。金華 出品，肯定唔會令你失望。雞尾包，餡料豐富和充足，不會太鹹。yummy 極了。這些麵包做早餐，一定為新的一天，注入能量和動力。
