To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於天后嘅「和順記」,原來有個朵叫「油麻地神級雞髀皇」😮既然係咁,點都要試下呢間嘅雞髀🍗。▫️生炸雞髀王煎蛋飯 (HKD58) - +$10轉烏冬所以炸雞髀同烏冬係分開上嘅。雞髀用特製韓式醃肉方法醃製數小時,效果係令肉質變得更加嫩滑。我哋覺得味道真係唔錯,雞髀肉唔會因為經過高溫油炸後而變乾。一隻炸雞髀嘅size真係有手掌咁大,外皮炸到金黃色,賣相同味道一樣攞晒滿分。另一份炸豬扒我哋覺得水準麻麻,如果下次再去都係叫番食炸雞髀好喇。價錢定價比較進取,加上店員嘅服務態度麻麻,以咁嘅格局及價錢真係好難令到我想再去幫襯。
