To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日返晏,返工前先去醫醫肚。之前聽過同事介紹,已鎖定目挑戰六重芝士肉餅。上次兩邊舖頭坐滿,試不到,今次仲唔俾我食到~~~不到五分鐘已下單: 六重芝士煎肉餅+蜂蜜檸檬薑茶飲品是簡單制式,普通沖泡,沒有難道。主角出場 - 六重芝士煎肉餅。六重芝士其實是數學題: 2塊肉餅 X 3重芝士 = 6重芝士謎底已經解開喇~~甚麼叫“趁熱食”? 呢D咪係咯~因為芝士涼了,沒有了熱溶了口感及絲線的糾纏,是不懂吃芝士的精髓 (而且熱食,口感沒有涼食的油膩飽滯)。其實是碟頭飯,就是因為不同fusion版的肉餅出現,令到普通的碟頭飯都如此多人愛上PS. 喜愛他們加入不少蔬菜,飯的份量剛好,食完也不感覺“好滯”。
