To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食左好多年屯門碼頭既餐廳，尤其是啟豐商場裡面既鋪頭食既頻率最多，但都冇食過呢一間，估唔到食落去既驚喜有咁大。。嗌左個「香辣雞扒飯+凍奶茶」，個飯黎到時有啲驚訝，佢塊雞扒至於有一個成人半邊面既size，而且岩岩炸出，成塊脆口得黎又好肉。加埋啲秘製辣汁，令成個口感+味道更加豐富。最後杯奶茶，配合番鋪頭名，味道還好。同行仲有朋友嗌左個香辣米暹食，個米暹黎到應該係米線的朋友黎，賣相就還好。朋友食落都覺得味道不錯，但就話都係我個雞扒飯吸引啲
