To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極少來長沙灣的我，因為探望朋友而來到這一區，小小的一間日本店，很不起眼，但吃完卻有大大的滿足！我們堂食時有不少人進來叫外賣，而且店主跟客人都有親切的對話，相信這小店在這區應該挺受歡迎！我們點了三文魚帆立貝丼（$58）和海膽三文魚丼（$68）。大大碗的丼滿載著新鮮肥美的三文魚，完全沒想到小小的一間店會提供這麼高水準的刺身，而且飯真的是日本米，軟硬適中，真的不是間間日本食店都能做到，吃完非常滿足，真是一間十分驚喜的小店，大愛！總括來說，分量大，價錢相而，刺身厚又新鮮，如果再來長沙灣一定會再來吃這個丼！
