約咗個好耐冇見嘅朋友聚舊,大家都想搵間可以坐低慢慢傾下偈嘅餐廳,友人推介呢間位於石塘咀嘅「巴辣仔烤魚」,一於試試。聽朋友講,餐廳係由成都名廚主理,主打正宗四川烤魚,喺港九新界都有分店,如果唔想等位,只需要預先 Whatsapp 訂檯,去到就有得食。原來呢間西環分店只係開咗幾個月,唔怪之得裝修咁新淨,而且店內有唔少搶眼打卡位,啱晒同朋友嚟影相呃 like。翻閱餐牌,有三款魚同七款口味可供選擇,分別有沙巴龍躉、江團魚同凌波魚。今次揀咗沙巴龍躉配不辣之選醬香味 ($378)。龍躉大大條,肉質好肥美,魚皮爽彈,魚肉新鮮,煎過後仍然保持軟嫩口感,加上醬香嘅味道非常突出,鹹鮮帶甜,超惹味。配菜方面,加咗份黃金組合 ($38) 同 薯粉 ($20)。黃金組合有金菇、萵筍、土豆和蓮藕,全部都好新鮮爽口,吸收晒個湯底嘅精華;薯粉滑溜煙韌、好掛湯!另外仲點咗幾款燒烤同小串。鐵板燒茄子 ($38),茄子用鐵板上,份量十足,食落質感軟綿綿,蒜味非常濃郁,香而不膩。麵包 ($28/2串) 甜甜地,底面都燒到脆卜卜,配上黑白芝麻,好香口。魷魚鬚小串 ($32)  辛香微辣,味道鮮美,口感彈牙。菠蘿 ($32)

另外餐廳有個自助小料區,有免費菊花茶同冰粉供應,冰粉嘅配料有葵花籽、紅豆、山楂、椰果、爆珠等,加上紅糖和花生碎,入口清甜透心涼。
