To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傷心酸辣粉推出同心抗疫外賣火鍋套餐，價錢親民，今次就食咗呢個烤魚套餐。老壇酸菜烤魚 $169成個套餐嘅主角就係條烤魚，成條烤魚既長度仲長過我兩個手掌加埋，放滿我成個火鍋煲，份量十足。烤魚十分出色，外皮烤到十分之脆，無烤燶，肉質厚實，估唔到食魚都可以啖啖肉咁食，完全唔腥，簡直食過返尋味。湯底有好多酸菜，酸度還好，唔會話太酸，因為我唔食得辣所以嗌咗唔辣，如果嗌返少少辣應該會更加好味。成個餐會附有兩人份量嘅火鍋配料，有腸仔、蟹柳、花之丸、肥牛、薯粉、牛丸、雲耳，另外包兩包飲品。除左酸菜烤魚，佢仲有麻辣雞煲、胡椒豬肚雞煲、香辣烤魚可供選擇，最平嘅套餐只需$99，晚餐諗唔到食咩，不妨考慮下火鍋套餐。
