今日去開銅鑼灣,終於有機會同男朋友試到呢間牛肉粉!聽朋友講啲牛肉粉大大碗之餘,仲內藏秘密,我問朋友係咩,佢地叫我自己去試下,但包保我會中意 小店的確唔大,所以位都唔多,當日都要等成4個字左右先至有位。一入到去,先要落Order、比錢,先再會安排你入座。我地要左涼伴木耳做前菜,木耳脆爽,而且酸酸辣辣,的確可以令人開胃 至於牛肉粉,我地分別要左一碗清炖牛肉粉同一碗紅燒牛肉粉。聽店員介紹,兩者湯底係一樣嘅,分別係在於牛肉嘅煮法。清炖牛肉就用清湯清炖嘅方法整,而紅燒牛肉就用鹵水黎炆!其實兩者分別唔算太大,不過牛味濃郁,肉質非常腍身 湯底加左唔少花椒、八角,味道有少少辣,帶有輕輕嘅麻感 而且仲有蒜蓉、薑蓉、酸菜做配料,令到味道有更多層次!湯底麻得幾過癮,對中意食麻辣嘅我,我真係好中意個味道 但略嫌湯底比較油膩,容易口渴 兩碗牛肉粉我地都加左豆乾同鹵水蛋。我地仲分別加左牛肚、牛筋share黎食。牛肚爽口,牛筋就軟糯 豆乾就大大塊,但口感比較實。不過湯汁可以完全滲入豆乾,令到啖啖都有滷汁味道,但對我黎講就咸左少少喇!而鹵水蛋都係比較硬身,但味道就岩岩好,每食一啖送一啖麻辣湯,

整體真係湯底油膩左一啲,但個麻辣真係令人一試難忘
而且個粉仲大大碗,好抵食呂!
