To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從㱐肺搞到冇得出國玩，每逢放假都想發掘下啲平時少去，甚至係香港住左咁耐都未去過既地方。啱啱呢個周末就諗住帶齊成家人行下香港最南既一邊，黃竹坑以前去過今次就決定入埋鴨脷洲。於是當日就入左鴨脷洲大街，唔知係咪冇左遊客既關係，抑或係疫下啲細舖做唔住之類，周末既大街好多舖都冇開/落晒閘，條街都算幾冷清，食肆大部分都有客但唔full。我地慕名而來搵左呢間良心小店-越大哥。每人叫左碗撈mong，碗麵黎到係大過我塊面！由於好肚餓，竟然食完先醒起要影相，冇辦法，但講番碗野既餸全部都好新鮮即炸，好食可以翻焯！
