To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日行下尖沙咀,見到呢度有間永年士多,想食下車仔麵食物,於是便進入開餐啦☺️。健康啲食多啲菜,就叫左菜底加3個餸,我點左至like的牛筋、豬手加糖心蛋,牛筋柔軟很有膠質,豬手同樣煮得淋又入味,蛋汁好香,菜心青嫩翠綠,加配左麻醉醬,更加惹味可口👍☺️。另老友點了米線加四個餸,蟹籽丸、水魷、雞翼同埋紫菜,佢怕辣所以湯底選了滷水,湯飲落不會過咸。我地互相交換餸食,所以很豐富又飽肚☺️。飲品點了冇糖烏龍茶,解渴又解辣😘。
