To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上環一帶有很多種類的美食, 亦是我曾經工作地方的附近, 是日午餐朋友帶我來到這裏吃日本菜, 據說這是一家社企餐廳在lunch menu上點了香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯定食($220), 大大碗的魚生飯隨著定食奉上, 包括有前菜沙律, 日式蒸蛋和湯香蔥吞拿魚飯, 飯量非常多, 是非一般的多, 我看到對面的一位男士也吃不完吞拿魚上鋪滿了一層厚厚的日式京蒽, 魚生尚算新鮮, 亦難避免有部份的根位注意餐廳店面並不大, 能容納嘅位置不多, 枱與枱之間亦緊迫, 和朋友聚會談話很大機會會聽到別人的對話但這個價錢包了這個份量的食物和整個定食, 實在是也算化算的, 順帶一提午飯時間記得訂枱
