To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時一般人黎到九龍城都會系諗住食泰國餐，或者食下火鍋，今次朋友帶我黎食呢間西餐廳，呢度真系無咩餐廳系食西餐的，價錢不貴，因為一份餐好足份量好大餐，佢可以配埋飯或者意粉或者薯條食，我今次叫左個美國安格斯斧頭扒配薯條，即炸薯條熱辣辣，不是再番炸的薯條，咬落脆口，不油膩，安格斯斧頭排我地叫左7成熟，食落口一點也靭，牛味香濃，肥瘦均好，不太肥膩的，再配上香濃的牛肉汁，令到原本的牛肉味更濃厚，更停落在口中，
