To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bookmark咗一段時間都未有機會食，上次冇睇清楚原來星期六係唔開門就去咗🤣 今次星期日去終於試到啦，我哋大約兩點到餐廳大概等左20分鐘先入座月見蚵仔魯肉飯 ($66)：魯肉飯就食得多啦，不過就好少食到蚵仔配魯肉飯，發現原來一齊食好夾🤩 首先蚵仔新鮮，冇沙冇臭味而且份量好多。本來以為蠔仔會係細細粒冇乜肉點知食落肉質好飽滿🤤 魯肉調味啱啱好，肥瘦均勻，再配埋隻半熟蛋唔講得笑撈飯一流起司雞排蛋餅 ($38)：入面大大塊雞排啖啖肉，蛋餅厚度正常，雖然就冇上面個魯肉飯咁有驚喜，不過都唔錯嘅無冰芋泥鮮奶 (跟餐 +$28)：難得地飲品唔算太甜，芋泥整得好綿滑同鮮奶融為一體咁🥹 不過我哋個人口味就鍾意有啲芋頭粒喺入面可以增加口感
