小妹不是第一次到訪鰂魚涌的Pizzeria Jacomax,挺喜歡其復古且粗獷的裝潢風格,懷舊且的骰的小擺設。就連小豬,也大讚餐廳夠型格,有個性。 餐牌上的食物,與上次大致一樣。小豬想吃薄餅,薄餅之碩大,意粉及飯類一頁,可以不看也﹗ 先來一客以生菜、煙三文魚、刁草和檸檬入饌的煙三文魚沙律$108,價格不菲,然,份量勁多,足夠3-4人吃。此外,生菜十分鮮爽,煙三文魚量多且油潤甘香,拌入酸香十足的黑醋,吃罷,教人精神為之抖擻了起來。 西餐經常以紅酒、白酒入饌,但以啤酒炮製白啤酒煮藍青口$139,你試過嗎?白啤酒以大麥芽和小麥芽為原料釀製啤酒,含有少量酒精,味微酸且爽口,營養豐富,與普通啤酒相比口味更為柔和爽口。餐廳以白啤酒和洋蔥煮藍青口,煮成的醬汁同樣香滑濃郁,酒香四溢,且帶有麥香味。藍青口肉質幼嫩且鮮甜,沾有酒香,只稍嫌青口未夠肥美也。 三文魚芝士薄餅$160/12吋預先切成八塊,薄薄的薄餅邊皮香脆且鬆化,香味四溢,且帶麵粉香。三文魚和芝士鋪在薄餅上,烤至半熟狀態,咬下兩者口感軟腍香軟,鮮香油潤豐腴得來又不會太過膩溜,與香脆薄餅同吃,極為匹配且好味的﹗
