To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近見到做緊半價，見幾抵食就黎試下，點知都幾失望下。餐廳有啲嘈，有啲難傾偈。⭐️Pork Knuckle首先猪手欠缺左正常嘅德國豬手配有嘅酸菜，所以食落好容易油膩同滞。雖然佢個皮整得好脆，但佢個調味好鹹，唔推。⭐️Mozzarella sticks呢個係加左香草嘅mozzarella stick, 食落鹹鹹脆脆咁。佢隨餐附上兩種醬汁，一種係士多啤梨果醬另一種係辣肉醬。辣肉醬同芝士棒味道係幾夾嘅但都係偏鹹，但係士多啤梨醬係disaster,兩隻味一鹹一甜一啲都唔夾。⭐️Cookie Bailey係有Bailey味，但冇酒味嘅，而且冰落得太多，飲落味道好淡。⭐️Chocolate Cake雖然擺盤好靚，但係食落好似超市買到嘅即食蛋糕冇乜特別，有點失望。
