同屋企人慶祝生日,諗住試新野點知一試就伏。我地一行五人,入座個時講左五人,然後入座後去左四人台,我地問侍應我地係五人,佢話要加張櫈係走廊位,當時有四張六至八人大台,其中兩張坐左人,一張坐左六人食緊,另一張坐四人都係岩岩坐底。我地望到仲有兩張空台,問可唔可以調過去,侍應望一望後話可以。後來調左過去點埋食物就有另一侍應過黎話哩張唔坐得,有人預留左,請我地返細台加櫈,咁我地就好不解。然後原本個侍應就過埋黎睇下咩事,兩個侍應對峙起黎,一個話我唔理你自己搞掂去,另一個就話無講過咩都唔知。我地真係好無奈,兩個人突然走左,無幾耐又有第三個侍應出現請我地返去四人位,我地就解釋首先個侍應認同左,然後後面都係坐四人而且未點好菜或者前面六人已準備走,第三係我地好無奈。結果侍應妥協左。然後我地發現坐左好耐都無水,隔離每一台都入座時俾埋水,我地就叫侍應拎水,但等左好耐無拎過黎,又叫另一個又無拎。最終我地一共叫左六次先有人拎到黎。講真,服務態度真係非常失望😞 講返當晚食物,我諗更加認定唔會再光顧。首先,點左個香蒜炸雞半份,炸得好香脆外表睇黎都好金黃,但等等?蒜香味呢?點解變左一堆千島醬,本來仲滿懷希望,結果唔洗講

講返當晚食物,我諗更加認定唔會再光顧。首先,點左個香蒜炸雞半份,炸得好香脆外表睇黎都好金黃,但等等?蒜香味呢?點解變左一堆千島醬,本來仲滿懷希望,結果唔洗講。

第二個點左個芝士炒拉麵年糕,成功有拉芝效果。但啲公仔麵好似唔熟咁硬仲一餅野咁分唔開,而且個味好淡,辛字麵個調味粉仲濃過佢。

第三係海鮮炒粉絲,講真食咁多炒粉絲,大家去尖沙咀隨便搵一間,都應該唔係掛湯咁水汪汪咁。都唔緊要,海鮮我都唔要求高,最緊要味道,不過無味好清淡。

第四係金大人拼盤(M),見佢有幾種雞翼口味咁得意就叫左,叫做成晚最正常口味一道。中間芝士汁醬熱辣辣仲有煙出,芝士味都好夠。不過個幾種雞翼除去有餡料,雞翼本身味道都一模一樣,應該醃料都一樣,水牛城個款無後製調味所以都係一樣味有少少失望。個麵包外脆內軟,沾滿埋芝士汁,好正。

第五碟係安東雞(M),一望上去見到啲色咁淡咁稀已心知不妙。個啲汁水同炒粉絲一樣,都係淡。而且啲薯粉全部硬到咬唔開,未熟架!同左侍應講,佢都試左係唔熟問洗唔洗換,我地諗住食得七七八八就算。啲雞件好大陣雪味,未解得好凍隻味,認真麻麻。

最後一碟係係炸蝦紫菜包飯,我諗哩碟一改我對紫菜包飯既印象,真係打大佬咁。佢係碟個陣已經散哂,唔知點夾上手。再者,佢個炸蝦睇落好大條好有氣勢,結果一咬開?全部都係粉漿黎既,隻蝦好似甜蝦仔咁。炸得唔係香脆,反而好似油浸完咁。平常食一般紫菜包飯好正常,唔知點解炸完既啲餡料好似好唔岩,又酸又甜又咸咁,我地成家都覺得哩碟最難食。
