好耐之前同朋友食過一次都OK點知星期六去食就中伏餐湯好鹹我飲咗兩啖就冇飲個蒜蓉法包又勁硬…頭盤揀咗酸忌廉脆煙肉薯條點解冇相?因為佢賣相差到唔想影🙂酸忌廉兩大pat就咁撻喺度脆煙肉係碎粒狀食落係冇味薯條極油 好似翻炸咁啖啖油🥴全晚最正常就係碟意粉牛肝菌帆立貝忌廉汁意粉中規中矩正常發揮但粒帶子又係煎到微燶重點嚟啦叫咗個西冷牛扒7成熟嚟到切開一嚿係全熟咁諗住通常兩邊會熟少少所以又切多一嚿 結果又係全熟不過個staff幾好 講完就話換過塊點知轉頭又嚟話大廚問5成得唔得因為扒中間厚 7成熟嘅話兩邊就會全熟心諗明明成塊扒厚度都差唔多OK fine咁我話5成都得之後切開第一嚿 望落係得3成俾朋友睇都話點睇都係3成真係唔知大廚係唔識煎定特登玩嘢🤷🏻♀️我真係好少寫食評通常都係中伏先特登寫希望大家避開唔使中伏

中規中矩正常發揮
但粒帶子又係煎到微燶

嚟到切開一嚿係全熟
咁諗住通常兩邊會熟少少
所以又切多一嚿 結果又係全熟
不過個staff幾好 講完就話換過塊
點知轉頭又嚟話大廚問5成得唔得
因為扒中間厚 7成熟嘅話兩邊就會全熟
心諗明明成塊扒厚度都差唔多
OK fine咁我話5成都得
之後切開第一嚿 望落係得3成
俾朋友睇都話點睇都係3成
真係唔知大廚係唔識煎定特登玩嘢🤷🏻♀️
