雞不滑。選用黃雞，冇啫利。油飯很一般，冇雞湯。雖知雞湯是不易做的。我很難相信佢冇雞湯，加上冇水準的海南雞，相比於我試過的三巡海南雞，相差很遠。這味菜不要看少它，做得好食是相當麻煩
