To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間茶記我由細幫襯到大，好欣賞佢款式多，無論湯麵定炒麵，麵款如公仔麵、米粉、河粉、金邊、烏冬任轉吾洗加錢，侍應又吾會嫌你煩，選擇比其他茶記多好多，味道都吾錯架👍🏻加上奶茶咖啡水準穩定，我以前成日都幫襯疫症過後，諗住重拾久違味道，叫左一家都鍾意食嘅xo醬豬扒炒麵同埋乾炒牛河。一個炒粉麵餐連杯嘢飲，由$50-58不等，其實算一般茶記價。佢個xo醬豬扒炒麵吾係公仔面，係傳統中式濕炒麵，出面好少有。而且出面酒樓啲炒麵，好多都係炸左再打芡，但呢度係真「炒」麵，鑊氣加xo醬一齊炒，真係好惹味香口。可惜，尋日炒吾夠身，超級油，食吾出xo醬味，豬扒炸得吾香，無同麵兜匀，難食乾炒牛河都退步左，炒得吾夠時間同火候，無左牛河隻豉油香味，令人失望奶茶仲算可以，但梗係無以前咁香濃滑口希望佢係廚房請左假請替鑊先咁啦
