To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這是我第一次寫食評，因為是不吐不快。以前每月總有幾次去這店食午餐，但今日去到，不論店員人數，服務態度，食物均大不如前。以往一進店，店員總會說 ‵歡迎光榮'，今次欠奉。全店內外廳兩部份，只有三個店員，他們已很盡力工作，還要兼做收銀及處理外賣。 當我用手機點食物時，有少少搞不清，找到店員查詢，他只教你按入分類自己選，便即走開去工作。點餐後，等了一會，突然有食物從我身後被放在檯上，真是嚇我一跳，店員即消失了，我從未會遇過的。若茶木是一舊式大排檔或茶記，我是不介意的。但它自己標籤是一所休閒台式食店，為何有如此做法呢？這店是要收加一服務費的，但客人所得服務成疑。管理不善吧！食物方面，水準也見下跌。怪不知港人喜歡北上消費，惡性循環，無耐！以後，我也不會踏入此店，拜拜！！
