菠菜、泡菜、土豆絲,不過不失無意見唔難食,送飯助力良好開胃。習慣食韓餐的小碟都裝得滿滿,眼前幾碟只有零星的份量完全唔習慣。泡菜豬肉湯飯,嘈喧巴閉噴著煙吱吱渣渣送到,甚有氣氛﹗香噴噴的泡菜辣湯氣味,大量爽脆泡菜搭極少量豬肉碎,大大啖灌入,辛辣帶甜合格。傳統正宗食法當然係將飯倒落湯,而不是將湯倒落飯。這樣湯會變凍,食得慢的話飯亦太腍,我喜歡分幾次將飯加入滾湯中,邊食邊加,盡量令湯汁保持高溫品嚐,才最美味﹗蠔油唐生菜,食不到菜甜味,有點甘澀味,爽脆微黃。烤牛仔骨飯,甜笠笠的燒汁,腍啤啤的肉質,伴飯唔難食,明白一分錢一分貨。烤牛仔骨飯,沒什麼特別,平平淡淡,食完都唔記得食過。
