To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前常與友人來大尾督忠誠吃晚飯, 這店一直是我們的至愛。最近選擇與家人一同來。沒來數年，食物質素並沒有下降，　而且每款菜色都好吃，吃得非常開心。推介炸軟殼蟹非常好味, order了兩次, 最可惜是份量較少.　薄餅賣相很有特色, 而且鬆化, 混合咖哩一起吃, 味道一流呀. (多年質素沒變, 無得彈)蝦餅及串燒與一般無異, 中規中矩菠蘿炒飯中海鮮足料, 味道甜甜的, 西檸軟雞的雞軟綿綿, 西檸味很醒胃.魷魚不會太乾身, 味道不是太濃但很好味.周糟環境比較嘈一點, 上菜很快, 很有效率, 讚
