門面彼為開放內設BAR TABLE設計類同日式拉麵店舖, 略略睇到甜品師傅嘅工作環境, 有時一個人去食都唔會覺得孤單極力推薦!足料腐竹旦銀杏薏仁&法式香草焦糖燉蛋 配上燒白玉、紅豆、3.6牛乳雪糕, 燒白玉口感''煙韌'' , 加上香濃嘅3.6牛乳雪糕中和抹茶心太軟外脆內軟一砌開真係熔漿!選用馬達加斯加香草籽慢火燉製清晰見到啲vanilla seed, 內在柔軟焦糖即上脆卜卜佢係我目前全港食到最好食最正宗嘅Crème Brûlée!雞蛋生熟程恰到好處,平時出面食開糖水店都無見過咁足料有埋銀杏同薏仁都係我最愛嘅糖水最重要甜而不漏!估唔到以為精通甜品嘅師傅都可以將糖水handle 如此淋漓盡致仲有不同特式甜品原本都想試下waffles 但係10點去到已經售罄! 只見最後一客order即烤waffles好香囉!
