聽朋友介紹,荃灣有一間新開不是很長時間的中菜舖—利佳舫避風塘,注場大廚兼老闆曾參加唔少比賽,最為人知就係參加大廚出馬,當時我都有觀看該節目,想起當時這位林森木師傅雙手炒兩個鑊真係好犀利。於是好開心可以一試大廚手勢,店舖裝潢簡單帶d香港排檔風格,地方雖然不大,卻令人更親近,唔需要好嚴謹。我哋叫咗四個小菜。五福拼盤-別具特色,主打白灼,豬肚,豬脷,魷魚仔,豬粉腸,特別係豬粉腸唔韌,好淋,沒有異味仲帶d豬粉腸香,加上豉油汁好味干鍋福建菜花,菜花炒的時間岩岩好,不會太生或太熟,好有住家菜的感覺但卻好有鑊氣,聞到都好香。乳鴿皮脆肉帶有肉汁,喜歡食乳鴿不防試下。朋友好鍾意食風味炒蜆,雖然不是外面食開大d的品種,但原來細細隻炒蜆都唔錯,肥美得來好鮮,雖然用醬炒,但d醬完全唔會蓋過蜆的鮮味,最重要係粒粒蜆都係沒有沙,可以睇得出大廚在用料上的用心。想食好野的你一定要過來試下
