To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過來聚寶堂，剛巧肚子餓，於是就揀了份肉燥飯嚟開開胃口。Take一啖，肉燥扎實，帶點香氣，仲有啲微微甘甜，配埋滑溜溜嘅飯粒，真係一流。當翻頭望見隔離桌嗰碟鹽酥雞，又喺心底裏湧起一股食慾，於是又點咗份。啲鹽酥雞外脆內嫩，入口即溶，咬落去咔咔聲，想唔讚都難！再往椰菜嘅方向望去，點點綠意中，蘸咗啲肉燥汁既椰菜，口感清新，幾夠味。豬頸肉就真係肥而不膩，啖啖肉，口感豐富得滯，炸得啱啱好，肉質保持咗彈性同多汁。最後用個五花茶沖服，溫醇又回甘，呢碗茶簡直係點睛之筆。整體嚟講，呢餐飯幾合我心水，飯後餵飽咗肚，心情都好滯，下次再過嚟一定要試吓其他嘢！👌🍚🥢
