To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得和老公一起出門,諗住係鑽石山嘆個靚早餐先返工,其實我平時覺得大快活既野吾好食,鑽石山既早餐選擇不多,新開左大快活都只可試試。今次既感覺吾錯。餐牌上既炸魚柳賣相好吸引,我就叫炸魚柳炒滑蛋。真係同餐牌上既相片一樣,炸魚柳上有片檸檬,成個早餐即刻upgrade 左。魚柳炸得好乾身,吾會油淋淋,魚肉就一般啦!檸檬水有五六片,好闊綽,亦好新鮮。牛扒就根筋多左D,味道都可以。 多士配上Anchor 牛油,好味! 滑旦太重奶味,冇左旦味,亦無鹽味,要再走出counter 攞鹽。以早餐而言,呢間大快活既水準比其他大快活高!
