To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時都會行過依間大快活食免煮快餐,可能間鋪唔係大鋪,只係應付附近屋苑居民,佢既質素都算平均。職員有禮貌同時手腳都算快。廁所清潔就。野食都夠熱。點左餐-》就搵位-〉放個流動鐘仔-》等送餐。是日晚餐叫扒餐,牛扒加雞扒跟蒜蓉包,加錢買可樂。個餐塊牛薄而大,當然唔係靚扒,唔算多筋及容易切。但咁既價錢,我收貨。雞扒用雞脾扒,因為我仲見到條骨,算嫰,佢最好食。蒜蓉包,其實應該叫佢多士,較硬但好脆,年輕人會鐘意食,但老人家話硬到咬唔到。盤底有墊菜,白水煮,冇味,但每餐要均衡飲食,放左入口先啦。
