To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做完運動經過深水埗，朋友介紹我一定要嚟試呢間車仔麵！充滿人情味嘅小台，見到餐廳內嘅都唔少係熟客/街坊！餐廳座位都闊落，而且好乾淨👍🏻店員好親切！▫️車仔麵（淨4餸） 配熱檸水呢間車仔麵好好，可以唔要麵叫淨餸，或者可以轉菜底，啱晒我呢啲低碳飲食嘅人士😋今次叫咗金菇、生菜、魚肉春卷及椰菜餃，配豬骨雞湯底！金菇同生菜保持水準，食落充滿豬骨雞湯嘅鮮味！魚肉春卷好驚喜，咬落肉質彈牙，好好食！另外椰菜餃都好值得一食，餡料超級足夠，椰菜餃脹卜卜，好好食，而且肉質好新鮮，帶點爽滑！▫️爆漿阿華田西多士好少車仔麵檔沒有甜品，見到餐廳都有兩款西多士，我就叫咗阿華田味試吓！賣相超邪惡，面頭佈滿阿華田粉碎同醬料，一切開，即刻爆漿，證明餐廳超級足料！食落又唔會太甜，西多士亦都唔會太厚粉，食落好鬆軟，兩者配搭得好夾，食得好滋味！
