平時送禮最鐘意買就買甜品大師 Tony Wong的蛋糕和禮盒,大方得體又高級。今次去了銅鑼灣分店買了2件蛋糕和一盒蝴蝶酥送禮比朋友。蛋糕方面買了Garden Rose和Mixed Berries NapoleonGarden Rose是粉紅色玫瑰花造型,外表已經100分,見到都心動。而入面係Raspberry Cremeux紅桑莓忌廉,Raspberry Compote紅桑莓蜜餞,再配上Brownie布朗尼蛋糕和Chocolate Mousse朱古力慕絲。底層就是Cocoa Crumble朱古力牛油脆底。一食入口紅桑莓配上朱古力布朗尼蛋糕,2者既酸甜永好夾,而且口感鬆脆。 啖啖香甜味滲入我既味蕾。另外,買了Mixed Berries Napoleon雜莓拿破崙最頂層是鋪滿了Mixed Berries新鮮雜莓,中間就是Layers of Puff Pastry千層酥皮配上Custard Cream雲呢嗱吉士忌廉。自家製的吉士忌廉特別香滑,配上鬆脆的千層酥真係特別夾。新鮮雜莓酸酸甜甜的另到整個拿破崙更好味。最後買了一盒經典原味蝴蝶酥蝴蝶酥面層是經焦糖化,所以食入口更酥脆。因為個蝴蝶酥使用紐

最後買了一盒經典原味蝴蝶酥
蝴蝶酥面層是經焦糖化,所以食入口更酥脆。因為個蝴蝶酥使用紐西蘭牛油配合獨家配方再有多次摺疊,令到食入口有好多層次,口感更豐富,香味更加濃郁,一試難忘。
