呢日同人去到天水圍,試試呢間幾出名嘅一糖。門面好日系嘅感覺,入面就簡簡單單。甜品款式幾多,由新派到傳統都有。另外仲有唔少飲品,睇落都幾吸引。餐牌寫呢杯白桃活乳酸梳打係新出嘅,杯入面預先放咗白桃汁同冰塊,梳打水同活乳酸就另外分開兩樽。先慢慢倒梳打水,再加埋活乳酸,份量可以因應自己喜好而加減。白桃配活乳酸,以為會好酸,估唔到又幾平衡。芒果冰嘅沙冰幼細,飲落透心涼。焦糖燉蛋用士多啤梨裝飾,賣相唔錯。面層焦糖唔厚唔薄,微甜同有少少微溫,下層燉蛋滑溜冰凍,表現唔錯。黑芝麻心太軟伴芒果雪糕入面啲伴碟嘅鮮雜果份量唔少,睇落幾豐富。將心太軟切開,中間嘅黑芝麻慢慢流出,流心度令人滿意。生磨芝麻窩夫伴曲奇雪糕,呢個係另一款新品嚟。窩夫質感外脆內軟,唔會太乾又唔會太腍,黑芝麻味又夠香濃。其中兩塊上面仲有燒棉花糖,令佢多咗份香甜口感,幾啱我口味。
