To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企人鍾情鑊氣小炒,剛巧電視節目介紹這間我曾經也光顧過數次,位於觀塘廠區內的食肆 ,印象也不錯,所以便提議帶他們來試試。餐廳環境和以前沒有大分別,老闆依舊會親自走到每一檯,和客人打交道,交流煮餸心得,遇上眼闊肚窄的客人, 偶爾會給予溫馨提示;夥記也很勤快,會主動提議今天有哪些撚手小菜,新鮮食材。【 滷水鵝片  $ 120 】喜歡這裏的鹵水鵝片,片片均等,厚薄適中,滷汁清香、入味,肉質軟嫩得來又有嚼勁,蘸少少醋,風味絕佳。底層還鋪了厚身綿滑滷豆腐,將豆腐完全揸乾水後再滷,故此非常入味。【 煎蠔仔餅 $88】非常大份,足料,滿滿一整碟,彷彿食極都仲有。 蠔仔粒粒飽滿、鮮味,金黃香脆,粉漿炸得很乾身,完全沒有油膩感,蘸漁露或胡椒粉最合適 【 乳鴿 $70 】老板話一日來貨約廿隻以內,即叫即炸,香味隨熱力四散,令人垂涎。較普通乳鴿大,多肉之餘,肉味亦濃,醃得入口,皮薄甘香、肉嫩多汁,質素不俗。【 招牌話梅骨 $115】話梅骨一口一顆,肉質纖細富彈性,醬汁稀稠適中,夾雜著話梅肉細碎,所以每一口都酸甜有致,老板話經過篩選,才決定用這批味道較為中容的話梅,不會太搶味,没有糖醋骨那種甜酸霸氣,亦更顯話

熱辣辣,好好味,配料有瑤柱絲,蛋白、葱花、蝦仁等等,炒飯粒粒分明,不會過乾或太濕,口感非常好,有蛋香,老父也添了好幾碗,吃得津津有味。
