To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說朋友介紹我呢間食得喜吃飯, 起初沒抱太大期望, 以為係一般的小菜餐廳。 但吃過他們的醉鵝肝, 簡直令我眼前一亮, 入口溶化帶些少酒味又不太濃烈, 並不是一般沙肝的口感, 香滑軟綿綿。另外醉乳鴿皮脆又薄, 沒有脂肪, 肉厚帶有肉汁。還有一味炸蚵仔和干煎馬友(似一夜干) , 非常香口鬆化,蚵仔外脆內軟, 你會一粒追住一粒吃。 乾煎馬友我覺得比較過了火, 但吃落也覺得魚皮香脆,有魚肉的軟綿。還有還有加上美極雞軟骨超正, 美極香氣撲鼻令人難免叫啤酒小姐再來一雙🍻🍺。當然我會再叫返我朋友再去啤一啤試吓佢哋嘅椒鹽雞翼尖
