接妹子放工順便食埋晚飯,佢好興奮咁帶我去呢度食,話可以搵返學生年代嘅感覺,原來係以前佢沙田飯堂嘅延續版,唔怪之得門面整到似冬菇亭啦。既然係大排檔格局,就叫啲風味嘢啦。Wasabi蟹籽手撕雞 (例)$90妹子話呢道係本店名物,睇落材料豐富,除咗雞絲,仲有海蜇、蟹籽、青瓜絲同火腿絲,食落微辣唔嗆,口感豐富,清新開胃。紅燒乳鴿$1 (換購價)點菜超過$320就可以換購,咁抵點可以錯過呢。乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,肉汁豐盈,新鮮熱辣又好味。川味腩肉豆腐煲$75香味四溢,味道微辣,非常惹味嘅一道菜,好有風味!薑蔥炒肉蟹$184非常夠鑊氣,送嚟時香噴噴,即刻放低其他嘢去食蟹,蟹肉肥美鮮甜,零舍滋味,加入大量薑蔥一齊炒,好味到連手指都「算」埋。楊枝甘露$28足料美味嘅楊枝甘露為今餐畫上完美嘅句號。一直未有機會到沙田店一試,估唔到無心插柳反而碰上,今日有口福啦。
