To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹來這間小店慶祝生日，一行十幾人可以book房，又冇限時，又比我哋佈置，攪咗個驚喜生日比朋友，開心又盡興。在荃灣街市買咗魚、墨魚仔、蟶子來加工，價錢合理。我哋叫咗-醉乳鴿，真係好好味，陣陣酒香-美極食軟骨，好食到臨尾要叫多份椒鹽雞軟骨-炸蠔仔好啱送酒-鹹鮮馬友，鹹咗少少，但都鮮甜😍-薯仔牛柳粒，薯仔好入味，個個都話薯仔好味過牛柳粒😆-滷水拼盤，我少食內臟所以冇食，但好大碟，抵食-鵝肝片，又係唔食內臟冇試，但其他人話好好食，清晒-小炒王，炒得麻麻地，比較濕及唔香口-薑汁芥蘭，好食，又係有encore -平時好少飲凍嘢，但係佢哋嘅冬0茶又幾好飲，我哋每人最少叫咗2杯😂-香炸墨魚餅，唔食墨魚冇食😅門口可以泊車，夠方便，下次再來

-醉乳鴿，真係好好味，陣陣酒香
-美極食軟骨，好食到臨尾要叫多份椒鹽雞軟骨
-炸蠔仔好啱送酒
-鹹鮮馬友，鹹咗少少，但都鮮甜😍
-薯仔牛柳粒，薯仔好入味，個個都話薯仔好味過牛柳粒😆
-滷水拼盤，我少食內臟所以冇食，但好大碟，抵食
-鵝肝片，又係唔食內臟冇試，但其他人話好好食，清晒
-小炒王，炒得麻麻地，比較濕及唔香口
-薑汁芥蘭，好食，又係有encore
-平時好少飲凍嘢，但係佢哋嘅冬0茶又幾好飲，我哋每人最少叫咗2杯😂
