To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友一直推薦呢間鹽水雞話好好食我自己係香港就淨係食過ET鹽水雞，覺得好好味好有台灣味道睇朋友大大力推薦，行過次次都排晒隊就一於試下我地星期六 七點鐘倒到，唔知係咪食飯時間，排緊十幾二十個人，個個位又窄好彩隔離鋪無開，條隊排到過隔離鋪再轉彎呢到有就個撈冷麵，都有鹽水雞撈麵淨係醬汁都有好多款但我見最多人食都係 鹽水汁 同埋 日式芝麻醬同朋友食鹽水雞呢啲台式野，緊係揀鹽水汁啦佢配料都有好多選擇，眼多撩亂想揀我食開既海帶同甜不辣但海帶無晒，甜不辣呢到無最後我地叫左雞腿冷麵配鴨胸 海蜇 $45都幾大一碗 先$45冷都幾爽幾彈牙，但啲汁係晒底，要不停撈或者夾底個啲食雞肉幾嫩，微咸，唔會太油膩海蜇中規中矩，鴨胸碗鹽水汁好夾好好食個汁加左蒜係好香好好餸麵總括而言比ET鹽水雞平，麵比鹽水雞爽選擇比較多，配料甚至有肉揀但ET個汁較香口 同埋 有蔥 有甜不辣
