To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 食過咁多次譚仔，每次都會嗌牛肉同豆卜由之前食清湯到而家開始可以食十小辣不過就每次都會走匪菜，淨係食芽菜同腐皮呢排譚仔三哥有好多新既湯底出左，不過我最鐘意食既，始終都係麻辣湯底！豆卜會吸晒d湯，食既時候就會好次飲埋d 湯咁～而三哥既牛肉我一直都好鐘意食，又厚身，又有牛肉味，份量又多。所以我每次都係嗌同一樣餸相信好多香港人都係咁小食方面就唔同啦，每次都會嗌唔同既小食今次就試下新推出既豆腐魚肉煎餅完全意料之外，魚餅煎到好香，豆腐同魚肉同蛋撈埋一齊，口感係軟淋深，但個餅底又煎到好香加埋上面有d甜甜地既醬，真係好特別，暫時黎三哥都會嗌呢個小食
