To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 五月星牛肉麵主打當然是牛肉麵，不過刈包、其他台灣小食和飲品都十分出色😋難得在工廈有正宗的良心台灣菜，店員姨姨態度也很親切💛 這𥚃的招牌紅燒牛肉麵，牛肉麵是牛骨湯底，以新鮮牛骨熬 20 多個小時而成，用上台灣老秘方，充滿藥饍的濃郁味道 🐮 紅燒牛肉非常入味，嫩滑同時有咬口 🥰即叫即蒸熱呼呼的刈包也是必食，中間夾著五花肉🐷還有酸菜和花生碎粒等等，刈包吃起來超鬆軟，有豐富層次！完全不膩～飲品方面，點了黑糖珍珠撞奶和青蘋果益力多。香濃黑糖有完美的掛杯效果，甜度適中，上面的黑糖拉花簡單好看。飲品順滑有奶香，真的有「撞」起來🤣珍珠有嚼勁QQ的青蘋果益力多也不錯，青蘋果和益力多都是酸酸甜甜🍏這杯比較清爽，賣相平實但其實好喝小食點了試管鹽酥雞，鹽酥雞香脆可口有肉汁，調味粉在試管中可以按個人口味加 🧪 除了鹽酥雞粉，更有辣椒粉、孜然粉、梅粉等等，蠻好玩Like & Share 餐廳專頁就可以用優惠價 $10 一嚐綜合三寶素雞卷、地瓜條和香芋丸🔟素雞卷應該是炸豆腐，真的頗似雞肉，哈哈。地瓜條和香芋丸都香甜又脆，吃不停呢再點了蒜泥白肉和手拍青瓜，蒜泥白肉的豬肉薄片半肥瘦，澆上惹味醬汁蒜泥，底下有酸青瓜 🐖
