今次嚟銅鑼灣想食泰菜,記得上次試過尖沙咀分店唔錯所以就過來試下。地點好方便,時代廣場附近嘅百樂中心。地方闊落舒服,有卡位,適合一大班朋友聚會。鹽燒鰂魚$188用粗鹽包住成條魚燒,出面個皮燒到少少焦但係入面嘅魚肉係出奇地非常非常滑,滑過蒸魚,完全感受到師傅慢火燒嘅功力,超級推薦。濕炒泰式雞肉河$98河粉係煙韌,大塊嗰隻河粉,本身炒河都有好多配料,有蔬菜,有雞肉,都幾泰式風味。火焰燒雞$208招牌菜。店員姐姐會首先畀原隻雞,再係你面前淋酒,點火,畀你打卡。打完卡再攞返入廚房斬件,成件事好有噱頭之餘,隻雞都好好食。雞連雞胸都係滑嘅,雞皮係脆嘅!泰式燒牛柳$98食到嗰啲泰式嘅醃料,牛柳燒到剛剛好,七成熟,唔會過老或者柴。炸蝦餅$88一份6件,出面脆卜卜,正常發揮。凍青檸茶$34叫左杯青檸茶,味道唔錯,泰式風情。
