伊勢海老兜甲羅燒, 龍蝦頭有豐富的蝦膏, 燒起來香氣滿室, 好期待….
店員另外準備了一碟味噌龍蝦, 是將少許部份龍蝦刺身醃入味噌, 等龍蝦頭燒至八成熟然後放上面再燒, 味噌的味道慢慢浸入, 最後再用火熗燒一燒, 增加香口感, 果然啖啖滋味, 效果不錯
