很久沒有前往元朗了,昔日,每次進元朗,也會到又新街覓食,隨著多個大型屋苑的落成,原來在大型商場附近的鳳攸南街已漸漸形成美食新據點。 這夜,居於元朗的友人帶我來到鳳攸南街覓食,沿路尋覓時,竟被我發現 ~《大滾友火鍋》,很掛念當中的花膠雞湯鍋,於是我們便選定這家店子。店內裝潢以木系作主調,一枱一椅、屏風、牆身、吊燈……  全都充滿中式韻味,古色古香,別具氣派,仿佛走進昔日角度。火鍋湯底與食材配料選擇蠻多,全是精挑細選,極盡心思,在這裡進餐,別有一番風味,令人捧腹而回!火鍋湯底,當然揀選我最愛的玲瓏浮凸·花膠雞湯鍋,花膠雞湯鍋呈金黃色,當中還拌入了厚厚的花膠,除了雞味濃郁,更含有大量骨膠原,絕對是女士恩物! 食材下鍋前,當然要先喝一碗滋陰養顏的花膠雞湯,細味當中的濃香鮮味。半隻雞件早已煮理,進食時再放入鍋內勺熱,吃時肉質更為鮮嫩。大滾友牛肉拼盤,我們點選的是細盤,當中已包括:頂級安格斯牛肉、手切牛頸脊、牛舌片、牛黃喉、金錢牛展、牛肉粒和美國肥牛等優質牛肉,還有華麗的擺盤,配合上桌時的輕煙效果,相當吸睛! 牛黃喉不是到處可吃,口感脆嫩,絕對不能錯過!  伊比利亞橡果豬上桌時,同樣有輕煙效果,迷

伊比利亞橡果豬上桌時,同樣有輕煙效果,迷幻境界中,呈現出大理石紋般的油花,不但肉質肥美,肉味更非常濃郁,輕輕一勺,口感軟嫩多汁,不用加任何調味,已相當美味。

火焰焦糖豆腐花,豆腐花以小木桶盛載,店員先把黃糖散滿豆腐花表面,添加了花雕,燃點起火焰,令充滿濃郁豆味的豆腐花,添上了啖啖酒香,更令豆腐花變得香甜脆口。作為壓軸登場的甜品,確實是非常完美。
