無意中發現大埔墟呢一間充滿日本特色嘅拉麵,一入到去就見到有吧枱可以望住師傅煮嘢食,有幾張小枱。見到牆身貼滿唔同特色同意思嘅日本海報,真係好似去咗日本嗰啲居酒屋咁。呢度下單嘅方法係自己圈出自己嘅個人喜好,我哋都叫咗黑蒜鳴豬軟骨曲拉麵同焰鳴叉燒直拉麵🍜,然後軟硬度,辣度等都可以因應自己嘅喜好去選擇。麵一上,就聞到一陣陣嘅蒜香味同埋豬軟骨配合櫻花蝦味。個人認為食麵既主角係湯底,兩者一啲都唔油膩同鹹,秘製湯底配合小小既辣粉去刺激味蕾,好爽至於配料豬軟骨同叉燒,量多之餘仲入口即融小食方面,我哋叫咗芝士粟米玉子燒,粟米粒粒分明,芝士溶咗喺蛋之中,味道適中,就連我唔太鍾意食芝士嘅人都覺得好好味。溫馨提示,呢個要趁熱食啊,如果凍咗芝士硬d就冇咁好食!另外我哋仲叫咗炸雞軟骨同幾串燒物,雞軟骨點沙律醬,呢個組合係天衣無縫串物當中,比較深刻嘅係牛柳粒,因為佢唔會太煙韌,一入口已經即刻充滿牛香味。其他串物就覺得普普通通。不過整體來講係大滿足,一定會再嚟食過
