想念日式拉麵的味道,於是去到大埔的一鳴拉麵用膳。為免人多,於是6:00準時到達,餐廳才剛剛開始晚市營業呢,幸好不用輪候。點餐紙很有質感,選項清晰列出,食客只需圈出心水配搭就可以。點了一碗雜菌松露醬油豬骨濃湯拉麵。首先最吸引的一定是那濃濃的松露香氣,令人食指大動,和雜菌也是非常搭調。可能是醬油的原因,令到整碗湯是黑漆漆的,非常特別。豬骨濃湯也令整碗拉麵提升到另一個層次。各款香氣令整碗拉麵非常吸引。選擇了太麵,很能掛湯。搭配豬軟骨作配料,煮得極為軟腍,但仍富口感,豬肉絲絲分明,中間軟骨細滑可口,大力推介。額外增添櫻花蝦,加強了口感和味道。素菜天婦羅包括冬菇、秋葵、甜薯和茄子,最欣賞外層脆薄,內裏蔬菜仍是濕潤細緻,不會很乾,又不會很油膩。

六點半黎到唔使等位即入,入面裝修好似去左日本咁,雖然啲檯得嗰幾張,但坐得闊落舒服~落單後上菜速度都好快~五分鐘內可以開飯我地今次嗌咗3樣嘢食,兩碗拉麵加一個雞軟骨。豬軟骨豬骨湯底好多蔥好香,因為本身唔食木耳,佢落單嗰陣張order紙可以圈埋唔使額外叫佢走,幾體貼~食到三分二,覺得有啲鹹,但湯底係幾好味,值得一試!黑松露叉燒拉麵湯底好濃厚既黑松露味,忍唔住每一啖都要加埋啲湯黎飲,食到最尾雖然好流,但係好好味!雞軟骨 無咩特別 正常發揮
