To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

11/2/2023今日約咗家人去薈景食自助晚餐，對上一次係十月，已經覺得大進步，原因係飲品任拎，同甜品款式多咗。但係見10月之後open rice有食客劣評，所以再試。首先，凍海鮮類有蒸龍蝦，龍蝦蚶，田螺，青口，虎蝦，麵包蟹等等，龍蝦鮮甜多膏，連吃了三件，虎蝦大隻新鮮，還有生蠔，不算肥美，亦很鮮甜。刺身有三文魚，油甘魚，帶子，八爪魚，赤蝦，全部都厚切，肥美新鮮。熱葷有蒸魚，粉絲蒸扇貝，燒蝦，最特別是和牛漢煲扒，鮮嫩有肉汁，正燒牛肉亦做到不柴粉嫩，羊架惹味，湯有龍蝦湯及蓮藕煲豬骨，日式蟹膏粥味道亦不錯。甜品有各款小蛋糕，即焗心太軟，雞蛋仔，椰汁紫米露等等。飲品有可愛，凍熱茶，自助咖啡機，橙汁，紅白酒任飲，咁豐富，星期六埋單仲有8折，平均$680一位，而且高質好食，超超超值！
