To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鴨皮薄而香脆,充滿油香。而最驚喜嘅係鴨肉都去好骨切件跟埋黎,仲不另收費!


個人最喜歡甜麵醬加京葱,香濃惹味又帶點爽口,正到無朋友!


摩摩皮加入蜜瓜和桂花糖醬亦相當有驚喜,鴨的油香味中會帶一點點清甜。

金公館整體食物水準上佳,裝修新淨之餘又坐得舒服,北京填鴨好睇好玩又好食,而且價錢唔算貴,值得再來光顧。
