To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

極少踏進新浦崗這個地方,今天經朋友介紹到這間名字叫滿粥的火鍋店,以粥做鍋底及御用新鮮海鮮材料是他們的賣點。店鋪雖小,但看得出店主用心經營,環境也屬整潔。晚市以套餐形式每位$198,供應七款店主推介海鮮再配以五種自選火鍋材料,最後便是把已煮爛的珍珠米加進火鍋湯底的米水中造成軟綿綿的粥,總共三部曲。第一部曲先吃海鮮,七款海鮮當中最為欣賞基圍蝦,說不出的鮮甜味,千萬不要蘸點任何調味醬來吃,只吃它的鮮味已經非常足夠了。多寶魚並不常吃,用來做火鍋材料也是第一次吃到,原來肉質也頗為鮮嫩,不會太多骨,感覺其膠質含量極高。肉蟹蟹肉豐滿帶有一點兒蟹膏,非常新鮮,就算用湯底灼過也可以感覺到淡淡的海水味。第二部曲就是自選五款非海鮮配料,當中我們選擇了黑毛豬腩片,腩片肉與脂肪分布均勻,口感豐富肉質爽口。另外還選了我最愛的新鮮淮山,淮山鮮嫩筋少,非常新鮮沒有發黑的現象,味道雖然清淡,但我十分喜歡它的口感。最後第三部曲,當然是把粥膽放進集合所有精華的粥水,再配上一些油渣、雞蛋、菜甫及冬菜造成美味無比的粥,簡直是全晚的highlight,令這餐畫上完美的句號。
