聽說這是新開的日式串燒店,趁五一假期馬上跟女朋友來試試。店面不大,我選了坐吧台,可以一邊看師傅工作一邊吃。從餐牌看來,主打雞不同的部位,牛﹑豬﹑蔬菜的種類不多。服務態度親切有效率,不過不是每個店員都會說中文。一個詞來形容︰好吃!! 整體來說食材不錯,而且燒烤手法高明,沒有任何一樣食物會over cook。調味亦十分出色,用鹽份量精準,能讓你吃出肉的鮮味。
